Intrinsisch <\/strong>bedeutet \u201evon innen her kommend\u201c. Intrinsische Eigenschaften geh\u00f6ren zum Gegenstand selbst und machen ihn zu dem, was er ist. Intrinsische Handlungen, auch autotelisch<\/a> genannt, sind eigenbestimmt und brauchen deshalb keine Anst\u00f6\u00dfe von aussen. Als Gegenbegriff gilt extrinsisch<\/a>.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Die intrinsische Motivation,<\/strong> f\u00fcr welche ich ja gelobt wurde, ist ein Konstrukt welches besagt, dass man sich mit etwas (z.\u00a0B. T\u00e4tigkeit, Lernstoff) inhaltlich auf Grund eines inh\u00e4renten Motivs auseinandersetzt. Das bedeutet, dass die Beziehung zum Lernstoff den Lernenden motiviert. Das Verhalten wird demnach auch dann begonnen und aufrecht erhalten, wenn mit ihm keine zum Motivationsobjekt externen Belohnungen (wie z.\u00a0B. monet\u00e4re, materielle Anreize) oder Bestrafungen einhergehen.<\/p>\n
Grunds\u00e4tzlich sind innere Beweggr\u00fcnde meistens h\u00f6her gewichtet als \u00c4ussere. Also Spass ist mehr Wert als Geld zum Beispiel. Das stimmt leider nur, solange man gen\u00fcgend Geld hat. Danach ist es aber ziemlich sicher immer Richtig. Viele Forscher und Forscherinnen suchen ja nach Wegen, wie man Motivation \u00fcber lange Zeit von Aussen steuern kann.\u00a0 Leider ohne viel Erfolg.<\/p>\n
