Klar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zeit einhalten<\/li>\n<li>Kosten unterschreiten<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e4tserwartung \u00fcbertreffen<\/li>\n<li>Inhalt erbringen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Was aber, wenn alle diese Ziele gar nicht wirklich erreichbar sind. Was, wenn man eine Mission Impossible vor sich hat. Das <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.de\/Death-March-Yourdon-Press-Edward\/dp\/013143635X\/ref=sr_1_1\/302-5009248-3708061?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books-intl-de&amp;qid=1183450666&amp;sr=8-1\" target=\"_blank\">Buch<\/a> beschreibt ja im Kapitel 1 etliche Gr\u00fcnde an einem solchen Projekt teilzunehmen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The risks are high, but so are the rewards<\/li>\n<li>The &#171;Mt. Everest&#187; Syndrome<\/li>\n<li>Revenge<\/li>\n<li>Eternal optimism<\/li>\n<li>Nothing better to do<\/li>\n<li>Love is blind<\/li>\n<li>Willing suspension of disbelif<\/li>\n<li>You have no other life<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zu diesen und all den anderen Vorschl\u00e4gen ist ein neuer dazugekommen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sich in die Gemeinschaft einbringen k\u00f6nnen und als Team Ziele so lange verfolgen k\u00f6nnen, bis man entweder angekommen ist oder als verschollen gilt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In diesem einen Satz sind soviele Teile enthalten, das er in sich eine wahre Freude ist und mich sehr zum Nachdenken angeregt hat. Ich denke man kann in solchen Geschichten immer ganz viel lernen und wenn man es als Team macht hilft das Sicher. Wer sich einbringen will bekommt sicher auch die Chance, ansonsten hilft es halt, mal zu probieren, wie es ist, wenn man sich einfach einbringt und entscheidet.<\/p>\n<p>Und ob man in guter Gesellschaft ankommt oder als verschollen gilt, weil man etwas besseres gefunden hat, ist ja dann auch egal.
