Der Change Management Prozess ist wieder einen Schritt weiter. Ich denke, wir sind auf einem sehr guten Weg. Es bleibt mir nur folgende Anmerkungen aus dem Kalender einer Kollegin:<\/p>\n<ul><em><\/p>\n<li>If you&#8217;re not part of the solution, you&#8217;re probably a manager<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork means never having to take all the blame yourself<\/li>\n<li>The beatings will continue, until morale improves<\/li>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/em><\/ul>\n<p>Ich denke, es wird nun noch einiges passieren, das mich nicht gl\u00fccklich machen wird. Jeder Change wird zuerst zu einer Verschlechterung f\u00fchren. Danach sollten wir dann in der Lage sein, besser zu werden.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Rome did not create an empire by having meetings &#8211; They did it by killing all those who opposed them!<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ich denke wir als ein Team, werden nun, wie die alten R\u00f6mer vorgehen. Und dann hoffe ich auf Frieden. F\u00fcr meine Seele und f\u00fcr meine Umgebung!
