Es beschreibt, dass man besser verhandelt, wenn man Alternativen hat und diese kennt. Am Besten kann man diese auch gleich in einem Betrag festlegen. Wichtig ist es \u00fcbrigens seine BATNA und<\/p>\n<p>Verhandelt man beispielsweise \u00fcber den Preis eines gebrauchten Autos, ist es sinnvoll, ein oder mehrere Alternativangebote zu kennen (was kosten vergleichbare, verf\u00fcgbare Autos bei anderen Anbietern). Somit kann man bereits w\u00e4hrend der Verhandlung signalisieren: Kommt man zu keiner Einigung in der Verhandlung, kann man auf eine (bestenfalls bereits verhandelte) Alternative zur\u00fcckgreifen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcbrigens ist als Batna auch<span class=\"section-facts-description-text\"> eine Stadt im Nordosten Algeriens mit etwa 292.943 Einwohnern bekannt.. Sie liegt in der gleichnamigen Provinz Batna, deren Hauptstadt sie ist und ist 40 Kilometer von den Ruinen von Timgad entfernt.
