Immer wenn so ein Hype entsteht, hat ein von mir sehr gesch\u00e4tzter Kollege die folgende Frage gestellt: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Auf welche Frage \/ Problem \/ Herausforderung ist Agil eigentlich die Antwort.  <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4ufig erleben wir die \u00dcbersetzung unsere Partner, auf diese Frage wie folgt: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Agil in der Informatik heisst: &#171;Macht es viel schneller&#187;, wenn wir noch ein wenig l\u00e4nger gebraucht haben.<\/li><li>Agil ist die Fortsetzung von Chaos; wir entscheiden Nichts mehr und schauen dann mal. <\/li><li>Agil l\u00e4sst nun alle auf der <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"B\u00fchne (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/braintank.ch\/wp\/?p=5420\" target=\"_blank\">B\u00fchne<\/a> mitmachen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich denke Agil ist die Antwort auf folgende Fragen: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table\"><tbody><tr><td>Sinn<\/td><td>Agil stellt den Sinn der Arbeit wieder ins Zentrum. Da es in der Informatik begonnen hat, geht es um funktionierende Software. Darum hier aus den <a href=\"http:\/\/agilemanifesto.org\/iso\/de\/principles.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Prinzipien hinter dem &quot;agilen Manifest&quot; (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\">Prinzipien hinter dem &#171;agilen Manifest&#187;<\/a>: <ul><li>Funktionierende Software ist das wichtigste Fortschrittsmass.<\/li><li>St\u00e4ndiges Augenmerk auf technische Exzellenz und gutes Design f\u00f6rdert Agilit\u00e4t.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Verantwortung<\/td><td>Agil gibt jedem Teammitglied die Verantwortung f\u00fcr das Gesamtresultat zur\u00fcck. Auch hier wieder aus den <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Prinzipien des &quot;agilen Manifest&quot; (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/agilemanifesto.org\/iso\/de\/principles.html\" target=\"_blank\">Prinzipien des &#171;agilen Manifest&#187;<\/a>: <ul><li>Fachexperten und Entwickler m\u00fcssen w\u00e4hrend des Projektes t\u00e4glich zusammenarbeiten.<\/li><li>Die besten Architekturen, Anforderungen und Entw\u00fcrfe entstehen durch selbstorganisierte Teams. <\/li><li>Errichte Projekte rund um motivierte Individuen. Gib ihnen das Umfeld und die Unterst\u00fctzung, die sie ben\u00f6tigen und vertraue darauf, dass sie die Aufgabe erledigen.  <\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Kommunikation<\/td><td> Agilit\u00e4t verlangt nach Austausch und Kommunikation. Diese Vernetzung und die Interaktion entspricht einem Urbed\u00fcrfnis des Menschen nach Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit. Und wieder aus den <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/agilemanifesto.org\/iso\/de\/principles.html\" target=\"_blank\">Prinzipien des &#171;agilen Manifest&#187;<\/a>:   <ul><li>Die effizienteste und effektivste Methode, Informationen<br \/>an und innerhalb eines Entwicklungsteams zu \u00fcbermitteln,ist im Gespr\u00e4ch von Angesicht zu Angesicht.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Gewinnen<br \/><\/td><td>Jede Retrospektive ist die M\u00f6glichkeit etwas zu lernen. Jede gelieferte, lauff\u00e4hige Software ist ein Gewinn. Wieder aus den Prinzipien: <ul><li>Liefere funktionierende Software regelm\u00e4ssig innerhalb weniger Wochen oder Monate und bevorzuge dabei die k\u00fcrzere Zeitspanne. <\/li><li>Einfachheit &#8212; die Kunst, die Menge nicht getaner Arbeit zu maximieren &#8212; ist essenziell. <\/li><li>In regelm\u00e4ssigen Abst\u00e4nden reflektiert das Team, wie es effektiver werden kann und passt sein<br \/>Verhalten entsprechend an. <\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit dem letzten Beitrag: <a href=\"https:\/\/braintank.ch\/wp\/?p=6138\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Agil machen oder Agil sein  (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\">Agil machen oder Agil sein <\/a>beantwortet sich die Frage nach den Vorteilen von Agilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Unternehmen und deren Mitarbeitenden. Bleibt die Frage, wie nimmt man alle mit. Was muss man tun um der F\u00fchrung den Mut abzuringen, es zu tun und damit etwas Grundlegendes zu \u00e4ndern.
