Doch was treibt eigentlich Selbstorganisation und warum m\u00fcssen <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Organisationen lernen (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/braintank.ch\/wp\/?p=5835\" target=\"_blank\">Organisationen lernen<\/a> k\u00f6nnen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Die <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"VUCA Welt (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/braintank.ch\/wp\/?p=4991\" target=\"_blank\">VUCA Welt<\/a> verlangt, dass wir uns schneller \u00e4ndern. Kunden, Partnerinnen und Regulierungsbeh\u00f6rden haben Bed\u00fcrfnisse, die sich schnell \u00e4ndern.<\/li><li>Weitere Beschleunigung sich die <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Digitalisierung (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/braintank.ch\/wp\/?p=6077\" target=\"_blank\">Digitalisierung<\/a> und der immer gr\u00f6ssere Zugang zu  Informationen. Leider erschwert die zunehmende Menge, aber auch die Verteilung und  Transparenz dieser Informationen. Eigentlich m\u00fcssten wir <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"multidirektional in alle Richtungen kommunizieren (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/braintank.ch\/wp\/?p=5009\" target=\"_blank\">multidirektional in alle Richtungen kommunizieren<\/a>. Sei dies Kundinnen, Partner und Kolleginnen gegen\u00fcber.<\/li><li>Agile-Werte und das <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Agile Manifest (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/braintank.ch\/wp\/?p=6150\" target=\"_blank\">Agile Manifest<\/a> erwarten von uns neue Wege miteinander zu interagieren. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All diese Dinge machen uns als erstes einmal Angst. Wie soll ich vom Silo zur Selbstorganisation kommen? Vielleicht hilft der Vergleich von einer Organisation als Organismus. Der K\u00f6rper regelt sehr viel selber. Wir m\u00fcssen zum Beispiel nicht \u00fcber das Atmen nachdenken, der K\u00f6rper macht das f\u00fcr uns. Der K\u00f6rper definiert seinen Gesundheitszustand selber. Das System ist <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"emergent (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/braintank.ch\/wp\/?p=242\" target=\"_blank\">emergent<\/a>, bei Bedarf. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stellen Sie sich ihre Organisation auch einmal so vor. Flexible zusammengesetzte Teams haben die End-zu-End Verantwortung \u00fcber ganze Prozesse und Abl\u00e4ufe. Dies kann sogar externe Partner einhalten. Im Extremfall ist der externe Partner alleine daf\u00fcr Verantwortlich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die F\u00fchrung geht es weniger darum die Planung des Silos zu unterst\u00fctzen, sondern <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Identit\u00e4t und Orientierung (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/braintank.ch\/wp\/?p=4952\" target=\"_blank\">Identit\u00e4t und Orientierung<\/a> zu geben. Es ist die Aufgabe der F\u00fchrung die Zusammenarbeit zu bef\u00e4higen. Ihre Rolle, ist diejenige eines <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Identit\u00e4t und Orientierung (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/braintank.ch\/wp\/?p=4952\" target=\"_blank\">Botenstoff<\/a> in einem Organismus.
