Und BANI beschreibt besser die heutige \u201e\u00fcberfordernde\u201c Umwelt mit psychologischen Komponenten. Beide Modelle sind komplement\u00e4r, nicht konkurrierend \u2013 sie beleuchten dieselbe Realit\u00e4t aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PUMO Framework <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ulrichlichtenthaler.com\/the-pumo-world-understanding-the-new-business-environment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"PUMO-Framework\">PUMO-Framework<\/a><\/strong> ist eine relativ neue Alternative zu VUCA und BANI, das speziell f\u00fcr den deutschsprachigen Raum entwickelt wurde. Es versucht, die Herausforderungen der modernen Welt auf verst\u00e4ndlichere und praxisn\u00e4here Weise zu beschreiben. PUMO steht f\u00fcr vier zentrale Dimensionen, die Unternehmen strategisch bew\u00e4ltigen m\u00fcssen, um langfristig erfolgreich zu sein:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Polarized<\/strong> \u2013 Die Welt ist zunehmend von Gegens\u00e4tzen gepr\u00e4gt, sei es politisch, wirtschaftlich oder gesellschaftlich. Unternehmen m\u00fcssen lernen, mit polarisierenden Dynamiken umzugehen \u2013 und wann sie sich wie in diesem Spannungsfeld positionieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unthinkable<\/strong> \u2013 Szenarien, die einst als undenkbar galten, werden zur Realit\u00e4t und ver\u00e4ndern M\u00e4rkte und Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle. Unternehmen m\u00fcssen sich darauf einstellen, radikale Ver\u00e4nderungen vorherzusehen und durch vielf\u00e4ltige Szenarien strategische Flexibilit\u00e4t zu entwickeln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Metamorphic<\/strong> \u2013 Wandel ist nicht mehr episodisch, sondern ein dauerhafter Zustand, der keine Fixpunkte mehr \u00fcbrigl\u00e4sst, an denen man sich orientieren kann. F\u00fcr Unternehmen heisst der Dauerwandel paradoxerweise, dass sie sich mehr auf ihre Kernkompetenzen und ihre Werte konzentrieren sollten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Overheated<\/strong> \u2013 \u00d6ffentliche Debatten, soziale Medien und nerv\u00f6se Stakeholder-Erwartungen erzeugen ein \u00fcberhitztes Umfeld voller Druck und schneller Eskalationen. Unternehmen m\u00fcssen Wege finden, sich nicht von kurzfristigen Emp\u00f6rungswellen mitreissen zu lassen \u2013 und da aktiv zu werden, wo es f\u00fcr sie relevant ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Und was tun mit PUMO?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PUMO ist <strong>besonders gut geeignet f\u00fcr die Unternehmensf\u00fchrung<\/strong> im deutschsprachigen Raum, weil es mit vertrauten Begriffen arbeitet. Damit steht es zwischen <strong>VUCA<\/strong> und <strong>BANI<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wie VUCA: analytisch, auf Steuerung ausgerichtet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wie BANI: erkennt emotionale und kognitive Herausforderungen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend VUCA oft \u201eentmenschlicht\u201c wirkt und BANI emotional \u00fcberfordert, bietet PUMO einen balancierten Mittelweg, der realistisch, zug\u00e4nglich und praktisch ist. PUMO nimmt das &#171;Undenkbare&#187; auf und erlaubt es damit umzugehen. Es erlaubt einen Umgang mit den sozialen Medien und der Tatsache, dass Dinge heute schneller \u00fcberhitzen k\u00f6nnen.
